Enter by creating a new food product within any one of the four provided categories and two flavour profiles. Submit your idea to the challenge using our online entry form. Ten entries will be shortlisted by a judging panel and will be invited on an expenses paid trip to a judging event in Byron Bay in April 2019. During this event, they will prepare their submission and pitch it to a panel of judges comprised of industry experts and leading food innovators.

To enter, you’ll need to provide some brief details about yourself and your creation entry. All the required fields of the entry form have to be completed in one session in English (you cannot save and fill in later) so make sure you’ve prepared a draft before entering.

Entries close 11:59pm 17th December 2018, Australian Eastern Standard Time. Please submit your entry as early as you can. This will allow time for the challenge team to review your entry and let you know if any areas are not filled in correctly providing you with the opportunity to resubmit your entry.
